Saudis May Be Reading The Writing On The Wall

So, what should we make of President Trump's first foreign trip abroad, especially from a prophetic point of view?  The Bible doesn't talk of a great leader travelling to these countries, in the last days, either positively, or negatively.  And Saudi Arabia has been our ally, in name (and checkbook) only, for decades, while their citizens gave us the 911 terrorist attack of the World Trade Center. 

What's different now is that perhaps the Saudis are recognizing, as I do, that Russian and Iranian interests are "dove-tailing" in their direction, and they should be quite alarmed by the prospects!

The expression. "handwriting on the wall" refers to the story, in the book of Daniel (chapter 5), where the royal Persian banquet was interrupted by a vision of the hand of God writing words of doom for the Persian (the forerunner of Iran) king, that he had been judged, and, "found wanting", and that his kingdom was to be given unto others.  One would think the Iranians would consider this enough of a warning for their treatment of Israel, today, but only God knows what goes on in their demented minds!!!

On April 2nd of last year (check out the archives list to the right of this column), I wrote of a perhaps unreliable story I came across on the Internet which claimed that Israeli jets (painted with Saudi markings) had bombed at least two sites in Yemen, resulting in explosions that could only come from Neutron Nuclear devices, dropped by F-16 jets (which only the Israelis possess in the Middle-East).  If this story is true, it means that Saudi Arabia has overcome their hatred of Israel, for the greater fear of Iranian hegemony towards them.  ("The enemy of my enemy is my friend!", so to speak.)  Perhaps Saudi Arabia's  welcoming of President Trump was to show both Russia, and Iran, that America is Saudi Arabia's "great ally", and an attack upon the Saudis would bring America to their aid.  That coupled with the Israeli-jets story makes me wonder if concern for Iran's movement into Yemen (which has no material  value, except that it is located on the Arabian peninsula [from which an invasion could be easily made upon Saudi Arabia]) makes the Saudis realize that their very existence may hinge upon cooperation with their Israeli neighbors. 

It looks more, and more like God is allowing things to take shape for the prophecied "Gog/Magog" invasion of the Middle-East, written about in Ezekiel: 38, and 39.  The only thing I can't figure out is how do America's forces get out of the picture, since there seems to be no reference to anything that even suggests American involvement.  Perhaps America will move it's forces to Saudi Arabia, once the I.S.I.S. crisis is contained, in Iraq.  After that, the Israeli's may take care of business with the Russians, and Iranians, without needing American or Saudi help.  After all, the Israei's have overcome greater odds, with God's help, before!!!  As Egypt's Pharaoh could testify, if he were alive today!!!

Whew!!! I Almost Got Hacked Again!!!

I don't know who's behind it, but I almost fell for a trap to hack my computer, again!  This is the second time.  The first was from an E-mail that my computer "has been locked", and I could "click the line below", to find out how to get it restored.  Well, I immediately signed out of that address, and have had no problems from it since.  

This time, I was intrigued by an advertisement that said it had news of Russian "Super weapons", which supposedly were made of composite wood, because they were lighter weight, more flexible than steel, and resisted radar detection.  Prophetic accounts of Israel defeating a Russian-led invasion of Israel, in Ezekiel (39:9), after which they were prophecied to burn captured Russian weapons for seven years, instantly came to mind, and peaked my curiosity.  I read one account that said the Russians were using a composite of "laminated wood and synthetic epoxy",  and another that said he found evidence that they were not, "please click below, etc., etc.".  Well, I clicked it, and it told me that my computer had been hacked, again!  So, I immediately "X'ed" out of that site, without bothering to read on about how they would probably very graciously restore my computer to me,
after I gave them all my financial information, my Social Security number, and signed over my first-born son, as a slave, etc.  Yeah right!!!  (Like that's going to happen!!!)

I don't know, but I wonder if the Russian Hackers are behind this.  It is "coincidental" that I had clicked onto a story denying that Russia was using composite materials for it's weapons.  Hmmm, should I believe a story that agrees with Biblical Prophecy, or one that denies it, and almost gets me "hacked", to boot (when the Russians are well reputed to be "hacking" everybody around the world)???  Gee, I'll have to think long and hard about that choice,  Yessir!!!

I guess the bottom line here is not only to beware of anything that has to do with Russia, but if you get a message, or an E-mail that your computer has been "locked" or otherwise "shutdown", do not click their recommended link to restore it!  That must be the way they lock into your computer, and they will probably lock it up after that.  Get out of that web sight immediately, and never come back!

Meantime, God has plans for the Russian invaders of Israel, and He will likely take care of the malicious hackers as well!!!  An interesting thought about this is that if the Ezekiel prophecy says that Israel will burn the weapons for seven years, there would have to be a large supply of captured weapons, to fuel fires for seven years.  This tends to confirm my suspicion that Israel will defeat their invaders by using "Tactical Nuclear Bombs",  and artillery shells.  These Neutron Nuclear devices are reputed to kill soldiers, but leave buildings, and weapons intact.  International bans on the use of such weapons will probably be negated by the Russian use of poison gas upon Israel, (as this is also banned) that is apparently described in the beginning of the Ezekiel prophecy.  Syria has been using poison gas on it's enemies for years, probably with Russian approval.   (Israel has been distributing gas masks to it's citizens, for decades, because apparently someone else over there believes this prophecy besides me.)      

So, people,"buckle up". we may be in for a "bumpy ride"!!! 

"What Shall We Do?" About Manchester...

I don't wish to sound trite, or preachy about such a tragic terrorist occurrence, but the above question is being asked all over the world, it seems, if one believes the television newscasts.  To me it seems logical that there are only two relevant answers to that question.  First, be as cautious as possible,  about attending any event that can be reasonably expected to draw a large crowd, and, second, trust in Jesus beyond that!!!  I know that sounds trite, especially in a highly secularized world, but the fact of the matter is, that after taking all possibilities into account, and being as cautious as possible, you still can not avoid being at a terrible risk, at any time, anywhere!  That is the whole point of terrorism, to make the "enemy's" life so insecure that they will ultimately want to give up, and surrender.   But, obviously there is no surrender here, because the terrorists would love nothing better than to commit genocide against us all. 

Certainly, I am not suggesting that we should not try and be as vigilant as possible, in avoiding potentially dangerous situations.  But, after having done your best at that, one may still walk unsuspectingly into a dangerous situation, and there is only one absolute protection for that!  If one already knows Jesus Christ as your personal Lord, and Savior, one of two things can save you from
a potential terrorist attack.  Either God can draw you away from a dangerous situation, even without your knowing it, at the time, or He will take you home to Heaven if the terrorism is not avoidable, and, as trite as this sounds, secularly, none of us are certain that we will not walk into some deadly situation, unsuspectingly. 

The ultimate comfort that the Born-Again Christian has is that if death by terrorism is unavoidable, he, or she, rests in the security that they will end up better off, in heaven, than they are in life!  (Don't compare this to the terrorists who think that they will be rewarded in heaven (so they believe), with 72 virgins [who may have been waiting around for them since the 600 A.D. period of Mohammed!  Yuck!!!])  This, by no means, gives us  an excuse to recklessly walk into an obviously dangerous situation.  God tells us in the Bible that we should, after, "having done all but stand, so stand, and wait upon the Lord. (Emphasis mine.)

So, people, Stand!!!

"Progressives"?, or Rather "Regressives"?

The more I read about the so-called "Progressives" of the Democratic Left, like Obama, the Clintons, and their billionaire "king-maker", George Soros, the more I am convinced that they are merely living in denial, not of a particular truth, but of a whole litany of common sense truths, and they wish to destroy America, and establish their own view of a fantasy utopia that will offer benefits to the so-called disadvantaged that they can not provide, or which they can only provide temporrarily, because by doing so they inevitably destroy the reserve from which they intend to pillage.   These people are not stupid, as is typical in Bill Clinton, the former Rhodes scholar.  They have to understand the lunacy of their professed values, and therfore I suspect that their intent is to destroy America's wealth, probably by government confiscation, for some imagined rationale, and create a nation of totally dependant welfare recipients, whose interests must be regulated by themselves, and other elitist bureaucrats, who in turn live like royalty off the goverment largess.   They are too intelligent to actually believe the concepts they profess, therefore, they must be trying to dupe their constituents whom they cinically believe are stupid enough to believe their lies, and can be counted upon to perpetuate their roles as guardians of their welfare state. 

I have been reading "The Shadow Party", by Richard Poe, and David Horowitz, and "The Big Agenda", also by David Horowitz.   I have never been so frightened by the monsters of a "fifties" horror flick as I have become in reading about the efforts of, and the spoken intentions of people like billionaire George Soros, and  his ilk.  They are the worst form of monsters in the world... they might be called intellectual monsters, and they intend to wreak havoc upon the rest of us! 

I Am Not "Xenophhobic"!!!

Let's get a few things straight , here!  I am tired of being falsely labeled by "Liberals" according to there own definitions; not personally, but by association with those whose opinions I agree with.   I have long resented their use of the word "homophobic" to describe anyone who feels that heterosexual relationships, especially leading to marriage, is not only blessed by God, but the homosexual counterfeit of the same is condemned by God!   This is not something that we made up because we "fear" homosexuals ( the word "phobia" means 'fear'), it is an absolute categorically condemned condition, by God ( He calls it an "abomination"), and I don't think God is afraid of anything!  It is not condemned by Him any more than any other sin, but if one dies without repenting of this, or any other sin, they can expect to spend eternity in Hell, whether they believe it, or not!

For years, I have vaguely understood that "Xenophobia" was meant to express "fear" of some other Leftist policy, since it was a term that was nearly always used in conjunction with other negative terms ( like "racism", and "sexism").  But it was just recently that I actually looked up the definition to know what it means, exactly.  It actually means to "fear", and "hate" people from other nations.  This is another example of  Liberals using a word totally out of context to try and cause people to associate negative connotations to it,  by associating it with other terms that are widely held to negative definitions.  This is a common trick of the Left, when they can not convince people of the correctness of their point of view, they try to associate it with something else that they know is widely held as correct, itself. 

I do not hate other people from other nations, simply because they originate from those nations!  Likewise I do not fear people of other nations, simply because of their origin.   But, I do have a healthy fear of international terrorists, from my own nation as well as any other.  Anyone who believes this to be wrong, is an idiot, in my opinion, and I do not apologize for holding to this opinion.  But, to say that I hate them for this is wrong; I just don't want to be around them until they have repented,  and given their lives to  Jesus, thank you very much!  That said, to try and attach the suffix "phobia" to my cautious concerns, is absurd!!!   I don't fear, or hate the people; just the acts of terrorism!  And I feel that their dangerous behavior is so evil that it not only disqualifies them from legal immigration to our land, but the innocent people they hide behind,  for camouflage!

And, for much the same reason, and more so, I don't feel that illegal immigration is acceptable at all!!!  Not to mention the exporting of criminals over our borders, like Mexico has been doing for years!  Anyone who can't see my perspective is such a fool that I see no point in discussing it further with them.  And any discussion of the "correctness" of "Sanctuary Cities" is likewise absurd, not only because they place innocent citizens in danger, but because they are violating our nation's laws, which protect our citizens, and they absurdly expect to be exempt from those laws!!!  Get real!!! 

And I'm glad to be rid of Obama, and the Clintons; and I wish those who agree with them would just quietly go away.   But, I guess that won't happen until the Lord returns!  Amen; Come Lord Jesus!!!

Which Is It, Trump's Guilt, Or Dem.s' Lunacy?

In this case, unlike a beginning of a recent post, it can be both. 

The firing of F.B.I. Director Comey is "telling", but exactly what is it "telling" us?  It is clear that it was tied directly to his handling of the two major ongoing investigations by the F.B.I.; the possible link between Russia, and the Trump election campaign , and the illegal dissemination of classified information by Hillary Clinton, through her E-mail communications, while serving as Secretary of State. 

It would be nice if we could put some credence to the whining of the Democrats, but they have been doing so much whining lately about everything, it's hard to place any credibility behind any of it!  As reported lately, on FOX NEWS, the Democrats have  been screaming for Comey's firing for months, because they wanted him to expand the "investigation" into the Russian/Trump-campaign possible collusion scandal.  But, as soon as he asks his superiors for the personnel to do so, he is fired.  [UPDATE:  5/12/2017--According to a FOX NEWS report, last night, this report was denied by the F.B.I.!  Who knows?*]  The timing of the firing is undeniably linked to this request [If accurate.*], but the reason for it is still unclear.  Was this because the Trump Administration is trying to cover up their culpability, here?  Or, as they repeatedly are saying, there is, "no 'there', there".  Or, in other words, "where's the beef?", (as an old commercial once asked).  If there is evidence of Russian interference in the presidential election, and not simply an ineffective attempt at interfering, the F.B.I. had better come up with that evidence pretty quick, or else tell the Demagogues (sorry, I misspelled the word, "Democrats". My goodness, I wonder how that happened!!!), to SHUT THE H*LL UP!!!  If Trump knew that the Democrats were merely trying to discredit his campaign, thereby insinuating that his election was illegal, and that there was no truth to it, then he was right to fire Comey; for wanting to give in to the Democrats' demands to expand the investigation.  But, if there is truly something "there", and Trump is merely trying to cover it up, then we might have another "Watergate conspiracy", and a new President, as a result.  I wouldn't mind if it were a President Pence, or even a President Ryan.  Anything but a President Hillary Clinton, or for that matter, any other Democrat!  For two reasons:  1) because they are all a bunch of "nincompoops", and, 2)because the Democrats would consider this a precedent, which would guarantee that they would scream "foul" upon losing any future election, no matter how obviously bogus their claim might be! 

So, I am in a quandary here.  Wanting to believe that Trump's firing of Comey was for honest reasons, yet recognizing that the timing of it does appear to suggest a possible cover-up attempt.  But, I'm not about to simply accept the Democrats' word  about it all; they've long since lost all credibility, no matter if they are speaking the truth!

Hollywood's Explanation Of The Apocalypse?

In my lighter moments of meditation, with apologies to the Lord, I have often wondered how our friendly, Hollywood crowd would explain the Apocalypse, after the fact.  That is, of course, assuming there are any survivors left in Hollywood to reflect upon it, which is highly doubtful! 

Now I think I have somewhat of an answer to my meandering meditations.  I have just seen a rerun of a movie that I think was "Independence Day", but I'm not sure because I missed the opening credits, and I'd never before seen that movie, but I've heard about it, and it seemed like I'd heard. 

I was surprised that Jesus was not mentioned in the script (except perhaps as a swear word in the part I missed), which seemed strange, considering that He will be ultimately victorious over whatever the world wants to throw at Him.  But, according to this script, a bunch of alien monsters want to wipe out the earth's population, until they are ultimately defeated by  a squadron of F-16's, et al.  I guess Hollywood wants us to believe that Jesus' returning with all those who died believing in Him, coupled with any of us who are still alive at His second coming, are just a bunch of alien monsters.  No problem!  Just sick the F-16"s on them, and they'll save the world from the horrible plight of Jesus establishing His Kingdom of Heaven on Earth!  Yeah, riiiiiight!!! 

My point is this:  Has anyone else notice that most of the films Hollywood produces lately have a theme of the "Good Guys" saving the world from extraterrestrial attack, or some super hero doing the same, only His name is not Jesus!  It seems as though Hollywood is preparing the world for some kind of Apocalyptic battle, by assuring the world that you don't have to believe in Jesus to survive!  Well, I've got news for Hollywood:  I've read the last chapter of the Book (the Bible) and that's not the way it turns out!!!  Do you suppose that these false scripts will be of any comfort to the writers, directors, and producers while they reflect upon their stories, in Hell (for eternity)?  I don't mean to condemn them for one movie; they may still have time to repent, and come to the Lord.  But, time is running out quickly, and they just as well may not have time!

I did hear a story out of Hollywood, that their producers are beginning to wonder why the few Christian-themed movies are making money, while many secular-themed movies are not?  DUH!!!  It's almost like the Christians are getting tired of all the trash that is produced there, in the name of entertainment, in the town that gave us films like, "Ben Hur", and the "Ten Commandments", and the like.   If basic morality will not impress these people, perhaps they will respond to their concept of the "Almighty Dollar", at least before it collapses into worthless paper!!!  But, I guess that's another story!

Sanctuary Cities??? Or Dens Of Iniquity!!!

Which is it?  It can't be both.  I hear stories of the local police being at odds with the Mayors of these cities, but they can't say anything, without losing their jobs.   What a conflict that must be!  Train your whole adult life to put criminals behind bars, and to be told by the mayor to let them go?  Like this San Francisco illegal immigrant who was arrested, and deported five times, and shoots a young woman who was walking with her father (the shooter was probably in a drunken stupor).  Was this a "sanctuary" for the young woman, who died, or the criminal only???

This is such basic common sense logic, here, that only a "bleeding-heart liberal" could rationalize around it!  And  I don't think for a minute that the liberal politicians can't see through this thing either.  So, they must be being paid by someone to "look the other way", but who?  Who would be interested in paying money to greedy politicians who would risk their careers, to protect dangerous criminals from the very laws they are sworn to see enforced in their communities?  And to do it for so many "sanctuary cities", it would have to be someone extremely rich. 

My guess is it's the very drug cartel bosses that are making billions selling drugs on the streets of these same cities.  It makes sense that they would want to protect their "business" interests, which are very lucrative, and they would need to stop the police from arresting their smugglers, who bring the drugs over the border.  So, they either start an all out war with the police, or they buy off the mayor. 

But, the mayors can only get away with this as long as they can convince their thoughtless constituents that they are being "moral" to do this.  So they make a big plea for the "innocent" illegal immigrants who are fleeing the violence, and corruption of their homelands, and just want to live peacefully here.  But by perpetuating this type of illegal quandary, they are helping to export to us the very violence and corruption they fled from originally.   If it continues long enough, we will have the same situation here that central Americans have; where the government is  a figure-head, and the country is run by the cartels. 

One has to wonder what the liberal American protesters would say, if they found out that they were protesting for the right of illegal drug cartel bosses to keep their drug smugglers out of jail, rather than for the desperate immigrants to find some place where they can live safely to raise their families.   Sooner, or later, even the liberal voters will realize this, and they will stop re-electing those greedy mayors, and they will elect people with a mandate to "clean up" their towns, and put an end to all the open crime.  Then the concept of "sanctuary cities" will no longer be popular.  When the liberal voters wake up and realize that they are being duped by their greedy politicians, then they will probably elect the former police chiefs, to replace the mayors,  whose hands are being tied now.  But, will they ever admit that they were wrong to support the "sanctuary cities" concept?  I doubt it!

It's just like the recent presidential election, in microcosm.  The Clintons had been using Hillary's former job as Secretary of State, to enrich themselves with lobbying bribes from Saudi, and other rich Gulf State countries, and now they are claiming to finally realize "why she lost the presidency".  Duh!!!  Though it is a little refreshing to have them finally admit that they lost, almost four months after the fact!!!   But, I frankly doubt that they get it.  Greed blinds tremendously,  and I suspect that they are simply offering some twisted rationale, that probably gives the blame to Trump.   [UPDATE:  5/4/2017-- As I suspected, Hillary accepted the "blame for the loss", with one breath, and immediately blamed F.B.I. Director Comey for re-instituting her investigation, shortly before the election'] The Clintons just don't get it!!!  They lost because she's a crook!  And Bill manipulated her!   They should both be in jail, but Democrats can't bring themselves to put a former president, or first lady, in jail (unless he's a Republican, like they almost did with Nixon). 

So, this thing will probably drag on, through the Supreme Court, which will probably side with Trump, now that the Gorsuch appointment should return some sanity to the Court.  Then we'll see if the drug cartels want to cough up enough money to replace all the lost federal, and even State moneys (UPDATE:  Like the Texas legislature passed a law today, outlawing Sanctuary Cities, in Texas).  Looks like the price of heroin on the street is about to sky-rocket upwards!!!
