Perhaps!!! It seems the sanctions that President Trump has placed on Iran have really begun to squeeze the Iranian economy, which can force one of two options upon their regime! It can have the desired effect upon Iran, and force that belligerent regime to the negotiating table, for some TRULY HONEST negotiations, to both stop their obsessive development of nuclear weapons technology, and stop their financial support of terrorism, around the world, and especially throughout the middle-east!
But, no matter how well intended these sanctions are, by the President, unfortunately, it seems that these two evil aspects of Iran's foreign policy are apparently their most important reason to exist, in their minds! To negotiate these points with Iran's ruling Mullahs would be tantamount to asking them to commit suicide (which might be a good idea, from our perspective, but highly unlikely that they would consider it. They would rather that all of their people would commit suicide, in bombing their perceived enemies, while they continue their lives in comparative luxury!)
Anyway, the more realistic choice before Iran's rulers is also the most overwhelmingly evil one: Not surprisingly, the "Gog/Magog" middle-east invasion, that is written about in the Bible's Ezekiel: 38, and 39, is probably the more tempting option, to the Iranian government! This Biblical account is consistent with their own "prophecy" in the Koran, which speaks of a world-wide conquest, by those countries that promote Islamic Jihad ! The only difference is that the Koran says they will win the conquering war, while the Bible clearly states that God will help Israel destroy their invasion force, to the extent of 83% of their armies, when they turn on each other, for whatever reason!
But, as long as Iran's Mullahs believe this "prophecy", you can bet they will not accept any form of reasonable negotiations, with anyone!!! God wants them to remain belligerent, to their own folly, so He can demonstrate to the world that, "there is still a God in Israel", and He intends to protect His people, against whatever evil intentions man can dream up against them!!!

Barely had I finished writing the above post, when news came of the attack on the Saudi Arabian oil facilities, which begins to look fairly certain to be originating from Iran! So far, President Trump seems to be trying to avoid military options against Iran, which seems desperate to try and force him to decide to go ahead with some form of military response!!! Iran is now a close ally with Russia, and I suspect that they would prefer some kind of war response from the U.S.! Trump is trying to force the Iranian people to revolt against the ruling Mullahs, by increasing the sanctions to awesome levels! But apparently the Shiite Muslims of Iran have an unbelievable pain threshold for the sake of their religious leaders! I suppose they obsessively believe in the same "prophecies" in their Koran, that speak of a time when Islam will dominate the world, that are serving the belligerence of their ruling Mullahs!
At any rate, Russia is probably sitting back and waiting for something to break, so they can enter the Middle-East, supposedly to support their "ally", Iran, and use that as an excuse to invade and conquer Saudi Arabia! With the Saudi oil reserves under their control, they can boycott the western nations into submission, and force the sanctions against them to be repealed!
I simply can not imagine that the Biblically prophecied "Gog/Magog" Middle-East invasion can be long in coming!!! Sure, the prophecy is some 2500 years old, but there has never been such animus between all the participants in history, and the whole thing looks like the proverbial boiling pot, ready to explode!!!

Democrats Are Running A Blatant Power Grab Scheme!!!
This was tried before, unsuccessfully, by a guy named Lindon Larouche, who ran as the candidate for the "American Communist Party" through many election campaigns in the sixties, and perhaps even earlier. The difference was that he openly admitted what he wanted to do to America, and most Americans said, "No, thanks!!!" and dismissed him for the unpatriotic fool he was. He's gone now, thank God, but we now have a plethora of Democratic candidates who are just as far left as he was, especially Bernie, but they are trying to cloud their values in respectability, in order to deceive the voters into voting for something they don't want!!!
Few Americans really want to destroy America, except for the Democrats! If they could force us to accept their dogma, it wouldn't take long for America to become a third world country, along the lines of Bangladesh, or Mongolia, or some such!!! Their main objective is to fool us into voluntarily accepting third-world status, so they can prop up their favorite "Utopian" country, the European government that would control their "One World" Socialist system!!! Europe's Socialist system can not compete fairly against us, now, so (typically) the leftists merely devise a way of cheating. to get what they want! They throw out this scare tactic, called "Global Warming", with absurd warnings of dire tragedies that would naturally evolve, (most of which have not developed more than 1, or 2 percentage points, since they were first enunciated decades ago), unless we bankrupt our treasury paying for programs that would replace our more polluting aspects of our economy. They would have us ban oil, and natural gas technology, (while not requiring worse polluters, like China and India to do the same.) They would force us to rely exclusively upon inefficient, and expensive wind, an solar technologies (which companies I suspect they are heavily invested in themselves). Other areas, like cars and airplanes, they would simply ban, sending us back to the horse-and-buggy days, with sailing ships to cross the oceans!
Their whole point has little to do with climate change, which is probably a natural cyclical development based upon variations in the intensity of the sun! (I wonder when they will try to ban the sun, next???) What they are really after is the destruction of our economy, to fulfill their leftist ideological belief that the preeminent economy must be destroyed, so that others can reap the benefits of new opportunities. Instead of competing with better technology, and products, for cheaper prices, they prefer to destroy the competition! They foolishly believe this will enrich their own economies, and not stimulate someone else to replace that which they have destroyed in us!
During the Revolutionary War, there was an American General who tried to enrich himself by using his military to shut down former business competitors, confiscate their products, and sell them for his own profit! His name was Benedict Arnold!!! Are these Democratic candidates really that much different???
Their whole effort is to hoodwink us into agreeing to greatly lower our standard of living, while they blatantly increase their own standard of living (how many of these candidates are screaming about shameless waste of fossil fuels, while they ride around the country in fuel-guzzling private jets???)

The American Basket Case: Can Revival Be Far Away???
Recently, it occurred to me that the worse things get in America, the closer we become to the Great Revival that Christians have expected in the "Last Days", since the First Century church! It is certainly not for America only, but the most dramatic change to the Christian Church, worldwide, may be most evident here, with the desperate slide toward Socialism of the Democratic Party and the rush to embrace it's lies, in refuting the core values that America has held dear for centuries!
A recent poll shows that between nearly 10%, to almost 20% of pollsters have declined in their consideration of Patriotism, Religion, and reproducing with children to be important values of their lives, as compared to 20 years ago! This coincides with a dramatic rise in the acceptance of Socialism, as the best form of government, which is the central aspect of the European "One World" system of government that Europe is trying to develop! As this system is prophecied to eventually be taken over by Satan's Antichrist, I think it is obvious that a strong Satanic delusion is spreading across the world, in order to usher in this demonic system! We could not possibly have imagined such an acceptance of the Socialist rhetoric that the Democratic presidential candidates are spewing today, even as recently as 20 years ago!!! The conditioning of our children to Socialist values, within the public school system, has created a voting bloc that the Democrats are desperately hoping will defeat President Trump, and the Republicans, in the 2020 election! By all temporal indications they may well succeed, at that!
But, there is one factor that the Democrats are obviously not considering! And that is: God!!! It occurred to me that it should make more sense to Him, if the political, and moral decadence of the society as a whole were more profound, just preceding His Great revival, than not! Therefore my own concerns for the obvious decline of American values, and the blatant acceptance of Socialist values (that would have been considered impossible 20 years ago), seem to be evidence of that long hoped for Great Revival being soon to come to pass!!! The only thing needed now, is the fervent prayers of all righteous men (and women, and children), to call on God to remember His promises to revive His people, in the midst of all this social decadence!!!
Lest we despair of waiting, remember that God tends to move, when it almost seems too late, to us! That's what He considers to be, "just in time"!!!
Praise the Lord!!! Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus!!!

I Greive For The "America Lost", Of Former Years...
Years ago, there was a presumption in American politics that all the candidates were honestly trying to offer a "better solution" to whatever condition faced the electorate, whether on a national, or local level. The choice was then up to the electorate to judge the practicality of their claims, and to elect the candidate who sold the best solutions to whatever problems were perceived by the people. Things have changed significantly, and not for the better!!!
Right, or wrong, the Republicans are honestly offering solutions to problems they perceive in America today. I strongly suspect that the Democratic candidates are voicing their beliefs in socialism, which was tantamount to political suicide a few decades ago, because they support the European "One-World" socialist system of government, and are desperate to convince Americans that this system is best!!! But, in order to accept their system we must effectively renounce our Constitutional government, and the capitalist economic system that has developed from it, and the prosperity that has developed from that!!! They falsely believe that it is our wealth that is restricting the prosperity of their socialist government! They simply cannot accept that it is Socialism, itself, that is restricting their prosperity!!! Therefore they make absurd promises of "free everything, for everybody", because they want to destroy America's economy, by saddling us with outrageously expensive programs that will bankrupt our treasury, in the foolish belief that it will bring prosperity to their Socialist "Utopian government"!!! The 2020 election will be the first time in history that one party wants to make America strong, while the other wants to effectively destroy it!!!
Now we have a large voting block that actually prefers to believe the lies of the Left, and may actually vote our country into oblivion, before they recognize their mistake! I strongly suspect that Satanic delusion is responsible for the obsessive nature of this, since so many are so open about claims that would have caused them to be ridiculed, only a few years ago!!! The Democrats, and other Leftist politicians, are so desperate to regain power that they are willing to risk the destruction of this country's values, in order to do so! Their foolish values stem from their obsession with the "One-World" Socialist system that Europe is trying to develop, and they feel that destroying America will be good for everyone, and they will do anything to bring it to pass!!! Their primary method of destroying America is to promise "free everything, for everybody!", and let the government pay for it all!!! Obviously, no government can do this, and it would bankrupt our treasury, and force the world to turn away from our failed dollar as the international currency of exchange, soon establishing the European computerized currency as the dominant currency in the world!!! The Bible clearly prophecies that participating in this economic system will give anyone (Christian, or not?) a free pass to Hell, and do not pass go!!! (This sounds like the "Unpardonable Sin", that Jesus mentioned but did not go into great detail to describe! [For more, please refer to Revelation 13!!!])
I have written before that many Leftists seem to hold to the old Communist doctrine that, "out of chaos, comes order"! Of course they regularly define various terms of their rhetoric to mean something other than the original meaning in the dictionary!!! In the dictionary, "chaos" implies an unnatural condition that seems to develop without someone intentionally deciding to promote such, and "order", to the Left, means the absence of resistance to whatever they say is good! Today, we have a developing "chaos" that is almost totally created by Leftist inaction in Congress, to correct laws that are being used to allow the promotion of crime, in the form of illegal immigrants crossing our borders. some with legitimate asylum concerns, while they are inadvertently camouflaging the drug smugglers, violent criminals, and even foreign terrorists, who sneak over the border among them! With feigned compassion for the legitimate asylum seekers, the Leftists in Congress continue to reject changes in the laws that make it easy for the criminal element to assimilate into are society, until they can be arrested for committing further crimes! Then they are deported, so they can be recycled back through further illegal immigration loopholes, endlessly !!!
If the Leftists in Congress were sincere about their concern for the legitimate asylum seekers, they would pass laws that make it easier for them to apply for asylum in other first immigration countries, which will allow them to live safely there, until their court date arrives to be heard for their asylum request!!! The President is trying to use executive orders to allow this, but Congress has resisted attempts to do this through legal proceedings! Obviously, the real concern of the Leftists in Congress is not for the legitimate asylum seekers, as much as it is for the criminal element that creates the chaotic conditions that they hope will get them elected to more power in Washington!!! Then they will close the borders, and pass the laws that will end the mass illegal immigration! They don't oppose these laws, they just want the credit to go to themselves, and not to Trump!!! And the rest of us, "be damned", as far as they care!

The Epstein Case Smacks Of "External Assistance" With His "Suicide"!!!
I generally don't bother to comment on personal legal cases, unless there seems to be some degree of "legal travesty" that smacks of something larger than a personal defense of the accused. The case of Jeffery Epstein's "apparent suicide" seems to "smack" of something rotten, and it reeks of something closer than Denmark (with apologies to Billy Shakespeare).
One: Epstein was put on "suicide watch" because he was discovered unconscious. "with bruises on his neck", a few weeks ago. ( Perhaps he tried to choke himself to death, and relaxed when he became unconscious!!!...Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...???) Two: He was "mysteriously" taken off this watch, just prior to his successful "suicide". Three: the video camera's in his cell were turned around, so as to make it difficult to view activity in his cell. Four: there were reports of shouting from his cell before his "suicide" ( Perhaps he was arguing with himself, about committing suicide. Yeah, right!!!) Five: Epstein was reputed to have "embarrassing" evidence on various political leaders around the world, concerning their visits to his private Island in the Virgin Islands territory. (One of these was reputed to be the Saudi Crown Prince, of the "Kassiogi death scandal", who was at least rich enough to bribe his way into hiring inside help to "assist" Epstein in a "suicide" attempt!)
It may seem that I am trying to assess blame here, which I am not! But, the circumstances do seem to suggest a rather clumsy attempt to cover up complicity in some degree of criminal effort! I am certainly not upset that Epstein may have committed suicide, in an attempt to avoid punishment for his obvious guilt in sex slavery scandals, on his so-called "Orgy Island" retreat! If that was truly the motive for this act, I am confident that an eternal damnation for his sins will be infinitely worse than any punishment that man can dream up, and eternity lasts quite a bit longer than a life sentence!!!
Yet, the bigger question remains: Did someone "assist" him with his "suicide", and will there be a cover up of whatever complicity this was intended to hide??? I have confidence that Attorney General Barr is concerned about these same issues, and will discover all evidence involved! It is vital that any malfeasance in Epstein's death should be exposed, and the reasons behind such should be thoroughly investigated as well!!!

Is There Evidence That God chose Trump To Be President???
The very tenor of the criticism of President Trump may be evidence that God has chosen him to be our President, and will keep him in office after the 2020 elections, as unlikely as the Main Stream Media, and the evil manipulations of the Left would seem to indicate!!! Remember, that God delights in confounding the "wisdom of the wise", at least those who tend to boast of their "wisdom", as the Democratic candidates are so doing! By touting their "great" ideas, such as the "Green New Deal", and condemning everything that Trump stands for, they are implying that their "wisdom" is superior to anything that Trump proposes, which sets them up for God's miraculous exposure for the foolishness that they really stand for!!!
The Biblical basis for my opinion is based upon the story of King David! We know that David was the wisest man in Israel, so God made him king, because of that!!! WRONG!!!
If anything, one might say God chose him because he was the meekest, and most humble man in Israel, recognizing his own frailty, so God knew he was pliable to His own wisdom, which was lightyears higher than anything man could hope for!!! David apparently endured endless criticism, and meanspirited interference with his plans, as he frequently pled with God to deliver him from his enemies!!! But God apparently allowed him to endure such enmity, to keep him focused upon Him for His help!!! Even David's son, Solomon, was equally as humble as he was, at least at the beginning of his reign. It wasn't until Solomon sinned, unrepentantly, nearly 1000 times, in marrying foreign wives, that his loss of humility, and disobedience, brought God's eventual judgement upon Israel!!! Even so, God continued to bless Solomon's reign, not because of his own obedience, but because of David's previous obedience, and repentance even after his sin was exposed! Even then, God withheld His judgement until after Solomon's death, mostly because of His appreciation for David's obedience, which was not perfect, but still better than those around him!!!
So, how does this all compare to Trump, today??? I know nothing of Trump's relationship to the Lord, or lack thereof! Nor do I need to! The things he stands for are lightyears more wise than anything the Left stands for!!! And, as long as he stands firm on those positions, I believe that God will honor him with re-election, as unlikely as it is appearing to be!!! It does not matter if he really believes in his positions, or if he is merely trying to curry the support of the Evangelical Christians who supported him in 2016! I believe God is more interested in his obedience to His will, than any confession of faith, which might be less then genuine! It's a simple matter of saying one thing, and doing another, vs. being obedient to what God wants!!! Even if Trump doesn't really know what God's position on an issue would be, he has surrounded himself with excellent advisors who should be able to tell him!
So, while the Democrats, in Congress, are trying to hinder everything Trump stands for, especially on illegal immigration, and are trying to get all illegal immigrants to "legally" vote for Democrats in 2020, I believe that somehow, in some way, God will turn the Democrats' shenanigans to naught, and will cause Trump to be miraculously re-elected!!! I confess that I don't have a clue as to how He will do this, but the historical evidence is real, that He places people in positions of power, that will do His will, and serve his purposes!
History tells of people like Winston Churchill, who gave little evidence of being a "Godly man"! But, he stood for righteousness, at a time of great peril for Britain, and the rest of the world, and God used him mightily, "at such a time as this"! Also we know that God "doesn't use Democrats", but how do we explain F.D.R.??? God surely used him to defeat Hitler, and the Japanese, in W.W.II!!! I guess there is even hope for Democrats, in spite of my own inclination to doubt such!!! Thank God, that He is God, and I am not; or the whole world would be in jeopardy!!!
The Biblical basis for my opinion is based upon the story of King David! We know that David was the wisest man in Israel, so God made him king, because of that!!! WRONG!!!
If anything, one might say God chose him because he was the meekest, and most humble man in Israel, recognizing his own frailty, so God knew he was pliable to His own wisdom, which was lightyears higher than anything man could hope for!!! David apparently endured endless criticism, and meanspirited interference with his plans, as he frequently pled with God to deliver him from his enemies!!! But God apparently allowed him to endure such enmity, to keep him focused upon Him for His help!!! Even David's son, Solomon, was equally as humble as he was, at least at the beginning of his reign. It wasn't until Solomon sinned, unrepentantly, nearly 1000 times, in marrying foreign wives, that his loss of humility, and disobedience, brought God's eventual judgement upon Israel!!! Even so, God continued to bless Solomon's reign, not because of his own obedience, but because of David's previous obedience, and repentance even after his sin was exposed! Even then, God withheld His judgement until after Solomon's death, mostly because of His appreciation for David's obedience, which was not perfect, but still better than those around him!!!
So, how does this all compare to Trump, today??? I know nothing of Trump's relationship to the Lord, or lack thereof! Nor do I need to! The things he stands for are lightyears more wise than anything the Left stands for!!! And, as long as he stands firm on those positions, I believe that God will honor him with re-election, as unlikely as it is appearing to be!!! It does not matter if he really believes in his positions, or if he is merely trying to curry the support of the Evangelical Christians who supported him in 2016! I believe God is more interested in his obedience to His will, than any confession of faith, which might be less then genuine! How Long Till Dems. Start ScreamingTo Revoke All Gun Ownership?
We know that all guns commit violent crimes, by themselves, and people are not responsible, according to Democrats, and other Leftists! As usual, all leftists will ignore the obvious, and proclaim some absurd solution to a problem that they have helped to create, and refuse to offer any real practical solutions for!!!
Reportedly, the shootings today, and yesterday, in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, were the result of anti-immigrant white supremacists at locations where immigrants were known to frequent! The sad thing about this is the labeling of white supremacists as "right-wing" when , by their own admission, they support the same evil system of government that the radical Left does, with only slight variations!!!
There is little difference between the "Leftist" dogma of the Communists of Russia, or China, and the Nazi dogma of World War II Germany! In fact the term "Nazi" is a short version of the real name of Germany's "National Socialist" government, and the conflict between the Russian, and German versions of "Socialism", was a matter of military belligerence, and not political differences! Both countries wanted to control the world, through socialism, they just differed as to which government should win the war!!! If either had been allowed to control the world, I doubt that their doctrines would have been much different, nor would they vary much from the "One-World" government system that Europe is trying to develop today, and that American Leftists are desperately trying to push us into now!!! If the Democrats win in 2020, they can be expected to try to force us into abolishing our Constitution, and join this very movement, which the Bible has Prophecied will give the participants a fast-track to Hell, for at least an eternity, if not longer!!!
The Leftists must be overjoyed at these developments, in spite of their feigned sorrow, because they can blame it all on Trump, as they do everything else that is bad, from the original Sin in the Garden of Eden, to loss of the Presidency, which they "know" was stolen by Trump, from the "real winner", Hillary Clinton!!! (Constitutional Law being irrelevant, in their eyes, since they intend to abolish it soon anyway!!!)
But, the truth of the matter is that if the Democrats in Congress, especially the House of Representatives, would pass real anti-illegal immigration laws, there would have been no justification for these shootings, even in the lunatic minds of the shooters!!! But, true to the Communist doctrine of, "Out of chaos, comes order", (by "Order" they really mean oppressive totalitarianism!) the shootings of the past 48 hours gives the Left more opportunity to spout their endless tirades against private gun ownership, protected by the 2nd amendment!!! If they could ever win this debate, I suppose they would next ban dinner knives, which would be okay in their minds, since beef cattle would already be banned, because their flatulence is the root cause of all "Global Warming"!!!!
Yes, the left really has a better plan for life, if they could just force us all to accept it all!!! And they are sure going to try and force us!!!

The answer to my rhetorical question in the above title is, "...Less than 24 hours!!!" The leftist demagogues, especially those running for the Democratic nomination for President, in 2020, started falling all over themselves to spout their absurd claims that President Trump was indirectly responsible for the shootings. If they could have blamed him more directly, I'm sure they would have done so! But, surprisingly, there seems to be some limit even to the absurd level of gullibility of their constituency, forcing them to draw the line short of that!!! The Democrats seem to be basing their whole campaign efforts upon absurd, slanderous propaganda, mostly against Trump, but also against Republicans, and especially against conservative evangelicals!!! I guess that means they hate God, and everything He stands for, and if they lose the election, in 2020, it will be proof, in itself, that God miraculously destroys the best efforts of those who hate Him, to protect those who love Him!!!
Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!
